Poster competition

Each year a poster presentation / research competition is organised and trainees are invited to present work that they have completed in the previous year. Posters are graded on originality, clinical relevance, statistical value, and presentation skills. A small monetary prize is available for this winner of the poster presentation.

Monday teaching

Teaching on Monday lunchtime is informal. To show enthusiasm, you are invited to volunteer to present a topic. Please contact Mr Galloway for further information.

Regional Teaching

Regional teaching is currently held on Tuesday afternoon. An initial 1hr presentation at the start of the teaching is targetted at trainees, at 3 pm case reports are usually presented by a nominated team, and later at 4pm a guest speaker is invited to talk about their area of expertise.
